This is a functional workout with strength and serious conditioning! Expect movements such as the overhead press, cleans, muscle ups and snatches. This will teach you the foundations of the sport and get you into serious shape!

David Fraser is a CrossFit coach. this will be separated into weight lifting and functional training.
